Saikou Inc. builds the systems that keep people going, because no one should have to take on a challenge alone. We start with running: ROUTELESS, a team game played across the city, and RUN UP!, a running app built around running together.

Anyone can start a challenge alone. Keeping it going is the hard part.
Someone to push you when you hesitate. Someone to run beside you when it hurts. Someone to celebrate with you when it works. With teammates like that, people take one more step.
We don't want challenges to be something special. Working hard together, and cheering for someone else's challenge, should be ordinary.
Not a world where everyone struggles alone, but one where we take on challenges, keep going and grow together.

Just do it first.
Thinking matters, but thinking alone changes nothing. We take the first step instead of waiting for perfect: try small, fail, learn, move again. To be a company that champions challenges, we take on more of them than anyone.
Keep going until it lasts.
Starting is not the goal. When something doesn't work, we change the approach and try again. We stay until change takes root in a person, a company and a community.
Leave no one alone.
You can push on alone, but with teammates you go further. We reach out when someone struggles, cheer when someone takes on a challenge, and ask for help when we need it ourselves.

A team game mode played inside the RUN UP! app: teams race against the clock to claim checkpoints across the city. Strategy beats speed, so anyone can play to win. Offered to companies, as public races, and to local governments.
